Parma Heights Recreation is seeking public comment about the current status of the Greenbrier Commons Located at 6200 Pearl Rd. While we plan for the opportunity to replace the current structure, please take a few minutes to help us understand what our residents want!

Parma Heights Recreation Cancellation Policy

Memberships-

• No credits or refunds will be given

Activities/Sports/Events –

• No credits or refunds will be given

The City may charge a cancellation fee if:

• The program is within two weeks of starting
• Uniforms or supplies have been ordered
• A class has already begun

Camps & Classes

Due to the popularity of camp programming and issues with many last-minute cancellations, the refund policy is as follows

• If you cancel eight weeks before the start of the camp, the city will keep 25% of the total.
• If you cancel within eight weeks of the start of camp, the city will keep 50% of the total.
• If you cancel within four weeks of the start of camp, your registration fee will be forfeited.
