Parma Heights Recreation Field Permit Application

All Parma Heights Recreation Leagues have field priority. All other leagues using The City of Parma Heights Facilities will need to provide proof of liability insurance when picking up permits.

Field permits are $35; to purchase field permits, please contact the Recreation Department.
