Cashless Policy

The Parma Heights Pool has transitioned to a cashless payment system. We will only accept debit and credit card payments at the pool and will no longer accept cash.

Our card readers will support tap-to-pay, swipe, and insert payment methods at the pool.

Seasonal pool memberships can be purchased online with a debit or credit card through MyRec.com.

Seasonal pool memberships can be purchased with cash at City Hall.

Refund Policies
Parma Heights Recreation Cancellation Policy

Memberships-

  • No credits or refunds will be given

Activities/Sports/Events –

  • No credits or refunds will be given

The City may charge a cancellation fee if:

  • The program is within two weeks of starting
  • Uniforms or supplies have been ordered
  • A class has already begun

Camps & Classes

Due to the popularity of camp programming and issues with many last-minute cancellations, the refund policy is as follows

  • If you cancel eight weeks before the start of the camp, the city will keep 25% of the total.
  • If you cancel within eight weeks of the start of camp, the city will keep 50% of the total.
  • If you cancel within four weeks of the start of camp, your registration fee will be forfeited.

Account Credit– Any remaining credit on a MyRec account at the end of the pool season can be refunded to the original payment method upon request.
