NEW 2024 Non-Resident Policy

7.1.24 Non-Resident Day Pass Policy (2)

After thoughtful deliberation, the Parma Heights Recreation Department has introduced a new policy. Effective July 1st, 2024, this change aims to ensure our residents can fully enjoy the facility and that our staff members are treated with the utmost respect. This will lead to a more pleasant and efficient work/play environment.

  • Non-resident day passes or “drop-ins” will be removed indefinitely.
  • Non-residents may accompany a resident into the facility as a resident guest
    • One (1) resident adult (18+) can escort up to two (2) non-residents
    • One (1) resident child (17 & under) can escort one (1) non-resident
  • Resident guest prices will mirror the non-resident day pass rate
    • Non-resident Adult (18+) $10
    • Non-resident Child (4-17) $8
    • Non-resident Senior (60+) $8
    • Children 0-3 will remain free with a paid adult
  • Non-residents will be invited to attend special events such as Swim Cinema, Christmas in July, Doggy Swim, etc.
  • Non-residents may still purchase a membership to access the facility but cannot escort others

As always, Director Bacci and other management-level staff determined this policy. There will be zero tolerance for verbal abuse of the Parma Heights Pool Staff. Any patron speaking in such a manner will be removed from the facility and banned.

Comments, questions, and concerns should be directed to the Directors Office.
