Income Tax Administration

Effective January 1, 2021, the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) will be collecting municipal income tax for the City of Parma Heights. RITA will be responsible for the administration and collection of all income taxes and will serve as the agent for the City of Parma Heights in this capacity. All Parma Heights residents and businesses were notified via mail earlier this month.
