Administered by the Cuyahoga County Department of Development, the Storefront Renovation Rebate Program is designed to assist building owners with improving facades or storefronts and/or correcting exterior code violations. Please note, to be considered, all applications
must be submitted through the Parma Heights Community & Economic Development Department.
- The program is now in full swing for qualifying exterior updates to commercial properties!
- Rebates of 50% up to a total of $20,000!
- Only building owners may apply.

- Please keep in mind that projects already underway are not eligible.
