The City has instituted a Rental Property Maintenance Program that began on April 10th, 2006.  This program was initiated in large part due to the growing number of rental properties located within the City of Parma Heights.  Any property owner that owns rental property within the City is required to register the dwelling with the department.  The registration process includes submitting an application and the required $100 inspection fee.  An inspection of the exterior of the property is also required prior to issuance of the rental occupancy permit.  Please feel free to contact the department should there be any questions.
