Accident Reports - Public Records

Requests for copies of reports can be made through this website or in person at the Parma Heights police station (6184 Pearl Road). After completion of request, copies of reports can either be mailed, faxed, or emailed to you or you can pick them up at the station. If you would like a report mailed to you, please send/drop off a self addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests for copies of Crime Reports can be made by completing our Public Records Request Form and returning it to the PHPD. Requests will be completed within a timely manner. 
 
Requests for copies of Motor Vehicle Accident Reports can be made in person at the police station. The reports are normally available within one day of your accident. The Parma Heights Police Department also offers you online access to recent police reports:  Motor Vehicle Accident Reports
