The Parma Heights Police Department is committed to the safety and security of our residents and businesses. Our department consists of 40 members including the Chief, 2 Captains, 8 Sergeants, 3 Detectives, 22 Patrol Officers, 4 Full-time Dispatchers, 3 Part-time Dispatchers and 2 Secretaries. The department strives to provide the best service to our residents and businesses by providing timely, accurate and exceptional response to your complaints and calls for assistance.
Emergency situations should be reported to the Parma Heights Police Department by dialing 9-1-1.
The dispatcher answering your call will need you to provide the nature of the emergency, the location of the emergency, your contact information and any description you can provide regarding suspects if you are reporting a crime. The appropriate personnel will immediately be dispatched to aid you.
Non-Emergency situations should be reported to the Parma Heights Police Department by dialing (440) 884-1234.

The City of Parma Hts., OH, hereby gives public notice that it has in its possession property which has been lost, abandoned or stolen. Parties who may be owners of this property are invited to view and establish ownership not later than June 30, 2014 by appointment with the Parma Hts. Police Department Detective Bureau. Call 440-884-1234 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
