Ralph Kolasinski was elected to serve on City Council in 2008 and elected President in 2012. Ralph graduated from Padua Franciscan High School in 1975, from Kent State University in 1979 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science and from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1982. From 1990 to February of 2009, he served as a trial attorney in the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office and in February of 2009, was promoted to the position of Region Supervisor. The Kolasinski family have been residents of Parma Heights since 1985.

Jim McCall was elected to City Council in 2006 and elected President Pro-Tem in 2012. He currently serves as Chairman of the Parma Heights Recreation Committee and as a member of the Finance Committee. Jim has been a Parma Heights resident since 1989.

Lesley A. DeSouza has been a member of City Council since 2003. She was elected to President Pro-Tem in 2010, and served as President of Council from August, 2011, until December, 2011. Lesley currently serves as Chairwoman of the Police, Fire and Safety Committee. She also serves on the Utilities, Streets and Sidewalks Committee, the Ad-Hoc Committee for Community Development and the Ad-Hoc Committee for the Parma Heights Senior Center. She moved to Parma Heights in 1954.

Marie Gallo was appointed to serve on City Council in July 2010 and was elected President Pro-Tem in August, 2011, a position she held through December, 2011. She currently serves on the Police, Fire and Safety Committee, the Finance Committee, the Ad-Hoc Committee for the Parma Heights Senior Center and is the Council Representative to the Planning Commission. As the former Clerk of Council for the City of Parma Heights, she worked for the residents by providing guidance and resolving issues on a daily basis. Marie is a graduate of Holy Name High School, and she has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Baldwin-Wallace College. She has been a resident of Parma Heights since 2001.

Robert Verdile was appointed to City Council in 2008. He previously served on City Council for 14 years. He currently serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee, as a member of the Recreation Committee and as a member of the Ad-Hoc Committee for Community Development. Bob attended Dyke College, is a past president of the Chamber of Commerce, serves as a member of the Parma Hospital Health Care Foundation Board and is a United States Army veteran. He has been a resident of Parma Heights for 49 years.

JoAnn Koch was elected to serve on City Council in 2010. She currently serves as the Chairwoman of both the Utilities, Streets, and Sidewalk Committee and the Ad-Hoc Committee for Community Development. JoAnn is also a member of the Police, Fire, and Safety Committee and the Ad-Hoc Committee for the Parma Heights Senior Center and serves as the Council Representative for the Fair Housing Review Commission. She graduated from James Ford Rhodes High School in 1969 and from Kent State University in 1973 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree - Graphics and Advertising. JoAnn and her husband Fred are parents of two and have been homeowners in Parma Heights since 1975.

Anthony Stavole was elected to City Council in 2012. He currently serves on the Utilities, Streets and Sidewalks Committee; the Recreation Committee and as Council Representative on the Recreation Commission. Anthony was born and raised in Parma Heights. Anthony and his wife, Julie, are raising their children Carmen, Dominic, and Giovanni in this great, family friendly community.
